No Returns Accepted

Because our products are intended strictly for research purposes, Peptixa does not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. Missing Parcels
If your order is confirmed as lost or missing by the shipping carrier, we will offer either:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement shipment

2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the item has been shipped.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request quickly, please include:

• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange:

• A replacement, or
• A refund (if applicable)

Fraud Prevention
